Before building the brand, the founders gained experience in multiple business areas including reselling Chinese products, clothing (ladies and gents suiting), and online selling. Through this journey, a common issue in the fragrance market became clear: traditional perfumes were not practical for everyday use. They were fragile, heavy, leak-prone, and difficult to carry.

This inspired our mission to develop a high-quality solid perfume balm. Starting with no external investment from a small workspace in Faisalabad, Pakistan, we spent months researching, testing, and perfecting our formulation to combine portability, longevity, and skin-safe ingredients.

Faizan Tipoo is the Co-Founder and Supply Chain Manager, overseeing supply chain logistics, operations, and product quality control. Together, they guide the brand's vision and operations.

3. Return & Refund Criteria

Due to the hygienic nature of Solid Perfumes, we follow a strict but fair return policy:

Eligible for return (Within 7 days of delivery):

The product is unused and unopened
The seal, cap, and packaging are completely intact
The product is in original condition

NOT Eligible for return:

The product has been opened or used
The seal is broken
The perfume has been tested or partially used

4. Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Direct Return Send the product back to our address: Faisalabad, Pakistan.
After verification, refund will be issued directly to your:

Option 2: Courier Pickup We can arrange a pickup from your address. The courier pickup fee (Rs. 150–250) will be deducted from your refund. After receiving and checking the product, the remaining refund will be processed.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged item, wrong fragrance, leakage, or broken seal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will replace or refund your order.

Solid perfumes are personal care items, so hygiene is our top priority. We request customers to check product details carefully before opening the seal.
